Does our SharePoint data ever leave our environment?
No. The tool runs against a metadata export the Site Owner already controls. The only external contact is a lightweight licence check — we never receive your file names, folder structure, or report contents.

We are in the business of SharePoint consultancy. We want your data to be safe. We don't even collect cookie-information on this site.
What happens after the 12-month intro price ends?
Your licence renews at the standard rate for your tier, and we'll notify you before that happens. Reports and dashboards you've already generated keep working regardless.
Can we move from Monitoring to Control later?
Yes — upgrading between tiers is a licence change, not a reinstall. You keep your existing reports and history.
Do you support multi-tenant use for MSPs and consultancies?
The Control licence covers up to 3 tenants. If you manage more, the White Label partner programme is usually the better fit — talk to us about volume.
Is there a limit on how large a library can be?
No hard limit — processing time scales with library size rather than a report ceiling. Very large libraries just take longer to analyse. We do advise to check the export that SharePoint generates, it is known to be not completely stable.
Can we see it before we buy?
Yes — request a demo and we'll walk through a live dashboard, or run it against a sample export from your own environment.
Are you a GDPR data processor for our SharePoint content?
No — because we never receive or store your SharePoint data, there's no processing relationship to establish for the analysed content itself. See our privacy policy below for what limited data we do handle (licence validation, contact details).
What if we stop renewing our subscription?
Dashboards and Excel files you've already generated remain yours and keep working — they're stored in your own environment. You'll just stop receiving new updates and support as well as the ability to generate any new reports.
